Can I apply for a DTV visa at the Thai General Consulate in Ho Chi Minh City or do I need to go to Hanoi?Answered

Hi everyone, I am currently in Vietnam and am planning to apply for DTV. Is it possible to apply at the Thai General Consulate in Ho Chi Minh or do I have to fly out to Hanoi to submit at the Embassy? Cheers!
