Hi everyone,

I am currently in Vietnam and am planning to apply for DTV. Is it possible to apply at the Thai General Consulate in Ho Chi Minh or do I have to fly out to Hanoi to submit at the Embassy?

Depends where you are located - half the country is under HCMC while the other half is under Hanoi

Umm ALL applications for visas are done thru the online eVisa web-portal

Depending on where you are in Vietnam you apply either thru the consulate at HCMC or in Hanoi

It is an online application. Whether you apply to Hanli or HCMC depends on where you are in Vietnam when you apply.
