TM 30 question: when filing / submitting for the very first time, does the landlord have to go to immigration in person, or can the tenant go by herself (with Housemaster & Names of Aliens forms, house registration and landlord ID card signed by landlord) ? (Chiang Mai immigration) Thank you!
