ORIGINAL POSTERHow would you go about it to maximise your chances to get a DTV visa (workcation/digital nomad) approved in the following scenario:
1. You had already a 1 year ED visa previously, since then living in Thailand on a tourist visa for 3 months (2months+extension) [case 1] or 5 months (3+2 months) with a short border run in between [case 2]
2. Business will be teaching languages on apps like Preply and italki (not teaching Thai people). No other income.
3. >500.000THB in a bank account not an issue.
4. Retirement visa or Elite Visa aren't an option
From which country/city would you apply?
For how long would you AT LEAST leave Thailand before applying for the visa (to show income, screenshots of teaching classes, etc.) ?
What are the red flags/things to avoid in order to have a stronger application?
