How long does the covid insurance need to be valid for when applying for visa and CoE for a teaching B visa?

I am currently on a dependents Non-O and will be going back to UK to apply for the visa.

Currently on Axa insurance covers by my husbands employer, but won’t be covered by my new employer until August 2021 (I fly back to BKK at the end of May)

Would it be ok to show my current Axa insurance valid until August (2 months cover)

Or should I bring both insurance documents or get my new employer to extend cover starting from my return flight?
