Should I apply for the COE now or wait until November 1st for my trip to Pattaya?Answered

I just bought a ticket, insurance, and 1 night stay(4000baht) at a Pattaya AQ/ASQ for Nov 11th...should i apply for the COE or wait until the 1st? IF i get the COE now, will it be valid on the 11th?
