Can I transit through another airport to get to Thailand for the 1-day quarantine package?

Can anybody advise me if you are allowed to transit through another airport to get Thailand in order to get the 1-day quarantine package? I am fully vaccinated and will fly from and through the countries that are on the safe list. 

Or does it have to be a direct flight to Thailand?
