What should I do if my city is not listed in the DTV online application for permanent address in Thailand?

Has anyone dealt with the issue of their city not being listed in the drop down menu of the city options  for permanent address within the DTV online application process? Aside from writing a cover letter, I'm not sure what else I can do and am concerned of a potential rejection for that reason.  I will be applying  online via Jakarta.
