ORIGINAL POSTERDoes anyone has problem to increase daily limit with TTB Touch? The feature was frozen for almost 3 months. Since 09th September the app can access it but when I want to click save, it sends th message that I need to visit the branch. I just did that, the branch staff called the call centre to tell me that due to a technical problem, this feature can only be available from 16th September onwards.
Why sending people to the branch then?? I'm beginning to think that we're not customers but a burden to those banks. Unbelievable.
