Can anyone tell me how long I have to leave Thailand for, before I can return for another 60 days. I’m an Aussie tourist with no visa.

TLDR : Answer Summary
An Australian tourist without a visa may be able to return to Thailand for another 60 days after leaving, but there is no specified rule on how long one must stay out of the country before re-entering. Many travelers report issues when returning too quickly after their initial stay, particularly if they attempt to stay in Thailand long-term without a long-term visa. For best practices, leaving Thailand for a few days after a stay of 60 days (and potentially extending for 30 days) may lead to complications if the stay is too lengthy or the return is too soon.

need more information but there is no black and white rule. If stay the full 60days and get an extension for 30 and then leave the country for a 2 days and come back for another you will most likely have a problem. If you stay 20-30 days leave for 7-10 unlikely to have a problem

There is no written rule or policy. But you can't stay in Thailand long term without a long-term visa. Many reports of people getting pulled out of line and interrogated after the first time leaving and returning within a month.
