ORIGINAL POSTERI submitted my DTV application and they asked for additional information - the reason, you need to submit "Your recent proper photo for visa".
My question - I literally submitted the same photo I used to renew my passport just one month ago. What am I missing/did I miss on the "recent proper photos for visa" requirement. It seems I am the first person to get the rejection. Nothing found in the search on this group. Thanks.
