DTAC submission is only done 3 or less days before arrival. Is 3 days Thailand time or departure country time ??

What are the working hours for TP applications based in the UK and how does the 7-hour time difference affect submission?Answered

If you send your TP application of after 11am from UK, I guess you cannot count that day with the 7hr time difference. Unless they are working around the clock, anyone know their working hours ?.
