Hey all, I'm hoping someone can help save me from a heart attack here 😰

As someone on an LTR Visa, is the 1 year report due from the Stamp Date in our passport when we entered the country or the date on the LTR visa?

I thought it was from the stamp date in my passport from when I entered the country, but it occurred to me that it might be based on the Visa date.🤦‍♂️

And if we miss the due date on the 1 year report, what is the penalty? I read that it is a fine, but I'm afraid it could be something more severe. Has anyone ever missed theirs and were still able to do it late?
