Do I need to notify Immigration every time I do a border run with my METV?Answered

Hi group! So I got my first METV valid till April 2019. Now question is: Every time I'll come back from Mae Sai for the 60 days border run shall I notify it at Immigration or just keep it silently till next run? Thanks
