What is the experience of traveling with a dog to Thailand on the DTV visa?

We have used a company from the UK. Fetchapet. They've been great, sorted it all out. No flight volunteer is needed (we came before our dog) then in Bangkok, Relo4paws are dealing with her. Ill meet them and Relo4paws have sorted a mini bus for us to go to samui. Around £2000 then vets fees as she'll need a fit to fly 72 hours before she flies
