So, as for my question, is it more difficult to make WP for new company? My Thai staff told me it's can't take longer then to already exist company. Is it right?

From my experience before , never don't like this before. First getting non b visa on the name of the company and after asking for WP. All lawyer in samui told me the same

First time I hear that you get the non b visa after WP. I know that to apply for WP you must have non b visa
