TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is concerned about their wife's visa status since she forgot to get her 3-month stamp on her visa, which is tied to the user's work permit (WP). Comments suggest that if her visa is an extension linked to the user's, she might only need to file a 90-day report, incurring a fine of 2000 baht. It's noted that if she missed this report, she could face an additional fine, and one commenter mentioned a fine of 5000 baht could occur but can be negotiated down.

the fine for failure to report is 2000baht when you do your next 90 day report .

if she has a yearly extension of stay that's "piggy-backed" onto yours she doesn't need to get a stamp every 3 months at the immigration office :/ She needs to do a 90 day report. ;)
If you forget to do it, you are fined 2000baht when you go report. She needs form TM.47

With a Visa she needs to do every 90 days a border run, with an Extension of Stay she needs to report every 90 days, It's a big difference, so what is on the stamp in the passport?
