 according to Google ISA is not ok. My fixed term saver accounts aren’t either. I will have to move some money around and wait 3 months to apply

 ah ok. I think it’s possible to access but I’d be heavily penalised for doing so. I’ll have to move some money about. Might have to delay my DTV application 3 months now :/
