Anonymous participant they only care that it's over 500k, or if they have a local conversion, whatever that number is in local currency. The only issue would be if they did require 3 months (some do) and you were too close in the first and the exchange rate shifted. But no, it doesn't have to be over, the amount is the amount.

They like to see regular income especially for the workation but this is separate and there's no specified minimum, just if you are applying saying you work and have income they want to see that too.

Some embassies only care about the amount there at the time you submit, so if it's one of those for sure you'll be OK. Depends on the consulate.
