thank you. We both will more than likely need a lot of medical help but is there a standard time of treatment I should ask the doctor to include? 1-2 years as an example.

I have mysterious issues I need help with (long list) my son has uncontrolled epilepsy.

We would like to get us well (hopefully) and once stable possibly enroll in classes in Thailand or in America (remotely) while living in Thailand for the dtv duration.

Myself and him will need medical care. And dental care.

Should we get a plan with a doctor and apply with that (we will meet the other qualifications ofc)
