it said provide flight e ticket "if possible" - i provided proof that i am in the UK, as I already cancelled my previous flight on 31 December putting me £200 out of pocket. But the proof that i am in the UK is solid and includes time, date and location stamped photo of my latest credit card statement and a photo of me with the statement so im hoping that should suffice
