You are working remotely for a Singapore based company ? You had to submit the ACRA profile I am guessing ?

Yup, cause the VN site just says

2.5.1. Workcation:

(1) employment contract from employer outside Thailand;

(2) employment certificate from employer outside Thailand;

(3) in case there is no employment, professional portfolio showcasing digital nomad, remote worker, foreign talent or freelancer status.

So they dont need any ACRA like document

I am in BKK already on Smart T visa but i want to quit the company and switch to DTV -

thinking to apply from vietnam ? or wherever its easiest , any suggestion?

to clarify i have a remote job fm a European co for last 2 + years and a Thai company job in thailand ( smart T from here )
