Oh did not know about the no financial requirements!! None at all?!

For the border run, I’ve read in this group it’s advised to get a tourist visa to come back rather than visa free. Might be case but case, but would that be a better option? I’ll be travelling with my thai daughter on her thai passport if that makes any difference

We are not married yet & our child is 8 months old. If helpful to know, I am currently on a 60 day visa based on being the parent of a thai child with less than 15 days left (perhaps should have looked into this earlier..)

Thanks, appreciate the response. I think I meant non o visa based on being parent of a Thai national but not quite got my head around all the terms (my fault for generalising). I’ll check with local immigration and see if they can help

great, thankyou for the clear and quick answer! For proof of where I’m staying, does it need to be within a certain date - eg if I arrived a couple weeks ago & the hotel filed a tm30 at that time can I use that, or do I need proof of a more recent stay closer to the date I go to immigration?
