You doing an actual visa run or a border run ?

You own the condo so register yourself as the owner and you can do your TM30 yourself on line. As Brandon said you will not need it unless going to immigration but it's still a requirement. I do my own and I fly in and out every 2 weeks takes a few minutes in the taxi on my iPad from the airport.

I am curious how they know about your health policy. I get stamped in until 2027 on OX visa just did last week on arrival yet my policy expires in July you would think they would check OX if they check OA

Done it many times. But if your trying to live here flying in and out. Eventually your luck will run out and a IO will pull you aside question you and either let you in with a last time warning or turn you around and send you back

Arrive visa exempt you then need to go to an immigration office near where your staying line up and hopefully you have everything they want to see then pay 1900baht can only extend once giving 60days total. Advantage of visa as Brandon said is you get 60 days on arrival and can extend another 30 if wanted. Tr60 better option don't need to go to immigration to get 60days.

i used to fly exempt for 6 years. Being over 50 i have retirement OX 5 year visa now.

They are all overpriced. Scoot suited my roster better but by the time you buy the extra,s they are not much cheaper, i did enjoy the $6 board first option with scoot.

Metv still does not guarantee entry if they dont like you on the day and some say the Ed visa can make them question you more.

I also do 2 and 2 any fly every month, was using scoot but the last 4 flights they have been delayed with this weeks delayed from Saturday return to Tuesday. I will go check out thai see if their service is reliable for fortnightly flights.

As Darren said new passport means nothing it’s all on computer when you have entered and left.
