From the owners passport and his certification to the instructor certification to Gym documents and everything and in between.

6 documents in total and was overkill lol but I’d rather it that not enough

I should clarify my friend went a week prior and that’s what made my decision- plus getting pulled at immigration my last entry.

I just handed everything stated in the post and she gave me back a bunch of documents related to soft power and 4 months of statements but kept the flight itinerary- I assume to match up with what I wrote on the application

She honestly didn’t ask for anything or say much except 5.6m idr please that’s why I said I ascertained it is needed - maybe I should have worded it as assumed

I provided flight in flight out and accommodation bookings through Agoda

From what I ascertained it is needed; it’s part of the application. It asks when you’re going to Thailand and proposed time you will stay - and she gave me back everything she didn’t deem necessary so I don’t think she’d keep it if it wasn’t.
