Thanks for the intermediary recommendation Ian. I find skilled lawyers/agents quite helpful in that they have seen so many applicants that they know the pitfalls (to avoid).

I was only considering an agent because I don’t live in Thailand yet, and if there is any legwork involved might be easier to have a person on the ground there. If everything will be largely electronic (email), then I can do without.

Thank you. I plan to meet with BOI. If it seems smooth enough, I’ll skip engaging an agent. I’ll go through the list on the BOI website as well.
