He and of course his friends are the only tourists can enter on a VIP sandbox plan in Bangkok. Just for him and his friends.

 My thaipass is just a code with the name thaipass.

Maybe for other countries it will look different. I am not like you just claiming something.

So I cannot say if on other thaipass the word sandbox is mentioned.

But I know 100% there is no sandbox for Bangkok

 Maybe the thaipass sais sandbox/asq/test and go

All together. Sandbox applies to Phuket not Bangkok.

 No circumstances for sandbox in Bangkok. There never was sandbox in Bangkok. Period

Phuket, Samui and few other destinations.

It is what it is. You can keep insisting but there ain't no sandbox in Bangkok. Never was. Period
