It is not. It certainly could happen. Being born thai is different than being born farang and gain thai citizenship

But it's possible theoretically. That's why I am certain if you as a "original" Thai citizen enter on "wrong" passport it is different and the "farang becoming thai" restrictions will not apply

I cannot. But fact is you can lose your citizenship if you gained it on false marriage.

ach you started to argue with me. I have a valid point. That's all you can say now

My point is theoretical. But it could happen..That's why I am certain if you are dual citizen but your original citizenship was thai and you enter Thailand on the wrong passport. They cannot hold you accountable if you did something wrong in the immigration process with your other "identity"

You are thai in the first place

Why? You really think I there is a link for some theoretical happenings😅

You still don't get my point. Let's say I am a born Thai. I have only thai citizenship as I am thai.

Then later I marry a woman from the US just to get my green card and later get US citizenship.

I get US citizenship on a fake marriage.

Later I enter Thailand on my US passport.

In the meanwhile the US government finds out my marriage is fake and I lose my US citizenship

My US passport I entered Thailand is void.

For now on I only have thai citizenship but I entered on another passport which is no longer legal.

So no extention and nothing for me.

That's why I am certain all the restrictions will not apply to a thai citizen from birth

You don't understand the fact theoretically you can lose your "other" citizenship. So there wouldn't be any switching passports anymore. Only the Thai passport would remain
