- That is why I am asking where is he that their is no embassy. For most countries that don’t have a Thai embassy, they are assigned to the closet one and don’t have to travel there to apply. For example, the Thai embassy in Warsaw Poland is responsible for Ukraine. If you are in Ukraine, you can apply via the Thai embsssy in Warsaw without leaving the Ukraine. It is the same for most places across the globe without a Thai embassy.
