My husband was just approved for his DTV (like yesterday)
He submitted 6 mths of bank statements, that showed in and out money but no savings or lump sum… until a week before submitting application. (He works in the crypto world- showed where he took it from a cold wallet and the transaction of being deposited into his bank account)
He DID have to do 2 document requests , both times they asked for balance verification- buuuutt it was approved. So I think it just depends.
