yes they say SA passport can not get a 60 day visa from Hanoi. I think some countries dont issue a 60 day visa for SA passports.

because last time we went to Hanoi to apply for 60 day tourist visa and they didnt help. My bf could only get a 30 day when he arrived in Thailand at the airport
