oh that is wonderful. Gives me more hope on DTV. Just annoying that some embassies wont do it and we need to go all the way to immigration

oh thank you. My embassy also refused but I will try to go to immigration. Mine is just renewal (motorbike only) because I already have it since a few years. My embassy previously did it for me when I was on work visa so I wonder if for DTV it is only possible to do at immigration for everyone?
