I will add that if one is dumb down, by blind belief and faith, I'm sure that a lot of things are much simpler and one doesn't ever have to tackle the big questions in life because one simply has the answer provided and knows that it's true why, because I believe it. So yes they may be happier because it provides some kind of parachute umbrella protection and avoids one grappling with the burning issues of our time and age and life as sentient human beings

I think we should all remember that a public forum is a public forum and will elicit all kinds of different opinions that we must be able to deal with.
