@Benjamin *****
we were married in 2015...and the extension has changed frequently. At first it was only seven days, then 30.....then 60. We haven't done the marriage visa, because we only stay here for a few months at a time.

thanks for sending that over. We are at Chaengwattana. In 2019, to extend for 60 days, we only needed item #1 that you posted above (plus the 1900 baht fee).

I came over on a non-O visa....just trying to get a 60-day extension. This process is so cumbersome, that we will not do this again. We'll just head home after this 60-day renewal....

thanks for trying to help:) My wife and I showed up today....assuming it would be the standard renewal process. Instead, they said proof of residence is now required (signed form from condo/homeowner). They also gave us numerous other COVID-related forms. This is after we have already been through ASQ (and submitted all of that documentation). I thought they were trying to keep what expats/tourists they have left. That has certainly not been my experience with immigration over the past year.

proof of residence now required for non-O visa....and multiple other COVID forms must be completed. The paperwork has doubled for visa renewal.

I wish it was the same. You now have to provide proof of residence (from your condo or homeowner). This was not stipulated on their website, nor was it required before (I have done many visa extensions before). I'm currently sitting in immigration while my wife tries to procure all of this additional documentation.
