I came in on a new passport had 0 issues through bkk history is in the system for 3 years and I have a lot of stamps since 2021 in there. Officer didn't even ask any questions

The health cert and insurance goes into effect the 22nd. My friend who was issued a 60 day visa from the Thai embassy in Bali informed him of that. For those that are traveling hopefully it doesn’t change
