 Non OA was for 1year after entering Thailand. So just before expired "enter before" date I did a trip to Vietnam. Thereby when I returned on 21 Jan 2018, I still got a full year visa Non OA. So till 20 Jan 2019

"Moved to a small village in their area" , 120 km is not "in their area". Even by car it would take 2 hours at least.
