John R Stiles The US doesnt have a Sponsor Program for Visa's , if the girl even hits that she's going to visit a male friend it will be denied, they 100% believe the woman will get to the US , Marry the guy and the apply for a spouse visa, instead of going through the process of the K-1 visa for a 90 day fiancee Visa, If the woman has already applied and been denied that its in her Visa file now and they will not approve her for a Tourist visa , Been all through it, 10 years ago my girl Mentioned she was going to stay with me and that was it Denied, Tried 2 more times, same results, the 3 time the guy Told her flat out its already marked in her file, said maybe try again in 5 years

Thanks, Thats the only part of the Money in a Thai Bank that bothers me, I have a High Yield saving account in the US that I get 4.41% on my Balance on a Monthly Basis, Might sound petty but every dollar I Take out of it to put Somewhere else at a minimal interest rate is money out of my pocket,

, The people within the office's Tend to set their own Procedures to what makes their Job simpler, When you Research something and think you understand what you need and have spoke to people that have done it and then you get to that office and they tell you something you haven't heard about??, yes you ask questions, Now this is from my Personal Experience, Last year I went to get a drivers License at the Local Department of Land Transportation office, I took everything I needed Per The Land Transportation Website, and on the Website it says Everything must be in Thai or English, I get to the window and give the Lady everything and with my wife Explain I would like to apply for a drivers License, and the Lady looks at Everything and say I have to take My American License that is in ENGLISH to My Embassy and have It Translated to Thai and Certified Because She doesn't understand what it Says, I show her the website where it states everything in Thai or English is acceptable, and she refused to do her Job and I Ultimately went to another office and submitted the same Paper work and License And paid the fee, passed the Video and testing and Received my Thai Drivers License. Unfortunately I dont think I have the Option of going to Another area to Apply for my Visa,
