If you want to explore my suggestion , The touts were approaching us as we got on the escalators on the grounds floor. Also please note -I think just my partner was the only person allowed to go up in the lift to submit all the documents to the VFS staff . I waited downstairs with all the Agents in the Cafe area. When we did our VFS submission in Bangkok -There was translators touting for business in the same building ( it was simple and not too expensive)

I also think the Boarding pass is on a Data base - I once lost my Boarding pass in Dubai after the chaos of the security checks on arrival . I went to the Emirates desk and they looked at my passport and just printed another copy ( all done with no fuss and a big Smile)One of the many reasons why I like flying with Emirates .

Ok that is clearer now -Thanks for the information . Sometimes boarding passes get lost in the haste to get off the plane . I have learnt something today -cheers .😁

I have been to Thailand 15 times , I am not sure if the boarding pass was ever asked for ? I understand that Blue form /Passport/Cash/Accommodation can be asked for .

I think you are spot on , we right up to the border crossing about 4 years ago . I have a Thai wife /sister in laws . As per your thoughts we could not enter Thailand ( we did not even try ) We had a nice meal at a nearby place in Trat .
