I agree with what you said . As long as the person can read the signs /Reasonably mobile they will be ok . As somebody has said you can get assistance if you book a ride. I was a bit nervous at first time of visiting Suva , But I was being meet by an English mate & Wife . We usually just meet our Family by the Airport police office . Good luck .

We visited the Sok Noi waterfall here a few years ago . It was great way to cool of on a very hot day .

I think that is a naive opinion with respect . I have a Thai Wife . We went through a lot of time /money /sweat to get a Temporary /Visitor visa .We submitted our applications through VFS in Thailand ( They process the paperwork in India)

You can hire bikes if you like that idea - We went across the Chao Preya river and hired a bike to look around the
