It gets rejected and you must make a new application and pay a new fee. Assumptions are useless. Why dont you try doing a search in this group and you will see many examples oh because your lazy and its easier to make assumptions

 why is it about the person as per previous applications rejected it may be a typo people have been rejected because a number or letter was type in wrong. Bad advise is better kept to yourself dont reply for the sake of writing let people with actual experience answer your just complicating the issue
