I am not even sure what that stamp means- no extension or come back on the 30th then they will decide.

 the BKK office was moved to a new place. I tried to extend mine on Monday and got a stamp to come back on the 30th.

I believe COE is valid for 15 days and supposed to be approved in 3 working days. That’d leave 12 days to prep for leaving.
