Is a negative PCR test required for domestic flights in Thailand?

We flew BKK to Krabi on Airasia last Tuesday and our 8 year old unvaccinated boy couldn’t board without a negative test. We all had to show proof of vaccination. Then on the way back from Krabi to BKK nobody cared or even asked.
