I was misinformed. They told me it was 30 days instead of 60. I feel much better now. Thank you all so much for your help.

Graham Seal If you read my replies, you'll see that I've written that I'll give the same answer to everyone who asked why the translator didn't translate correctly. I don't understand what interest a troll could possibly have in asking this kind of question.

Dca Dca Graham Seal Sorry if this isn't clear; I'm using a translator and it doesn't seem to be translating exactly what I'm saying. Our country of origin is Spain, we'd arrive in Thailand on July 10th, and our departure flight is on August 9th, for a 31-day stay. I was told that if you exceed 30 days, you have to notify immigration to extend your stay. Is this correct if the 31st day is the same day we leave Thailand? Or was I misinformed, and it's 60 days without notifying immigration? I don't think it's relevant, but we were already there for 10 days in February. I'm giving the same answer to everyone who commented.

I don't usually stay longer than 30 days, or 30 at the most, but we like to do everything properly. The condo is my property, so would I have to notify them myself? That's my question now. Thank you very much.

John Villinger Sorry if the translation isn't perfect; I use a translator. The condominium is my property, so it's only on record that I'm there because that's the address I put on the TDAC form. So nobody's going to report that I'm there, would I have to report it myself? Thank you very much.

Excuse my ignorance, but I don't quite understand this, and I'm wondering if I'm doing it wrong. I fill out the digital form as a tourist when I visit and put the address of my condominium. I usually don't stay longer than thirty days. Is that correct? Or do I have to fill out the MT30 form because I'm not staying in a hotel? This is the first time I've heard of it.
