Ok first you to do online E visa the picture of you and all your documents to be in "jpac mode limited sizes they will give you the runaround but keep up with it. You then have 3months to do yearly extention,bangkok bank i found to be easier and ask for small health insurance, (worth the money)they say money as to be untouched for months not shore which as you only have 3months o,visa i think 2months may be right but find out first

,you can only get a o visa outside of Thailand (the easy way)

Get a deposit account as quickly as possible with 400,000 buats in account for three months to be on save side, as it's needed for the extended yearly ,extention ,go to the immigration office and ask what is needed for the yearly extention (visa)

it depends on the immigration you go to on what paperwork they want mine want 6months transactions, chachoengsao immigration, 400,000 buats in account for 3months there ok pal

If you read it to the end of that part, it said or a Thailand bank account with your name and( i spit the photo full page pic of name and cash 400,000 buats in account) apply in uk

400 000 in a saving account, like mine ,So, to be in the account for three months to be on saveside , and note from the bank saying that the money is still in it and six months of transactions it must not go lower than 400,000 buats at any time, or 3months will start from time it's back to 400,000 buats so 3months before you apply for the visa or extention of yearly extention

Extended the o visa every year 1 month before it run out, this year passport runs out of time so now in the UK

The way I did it was to go to Thailand on o visa at pattaya sea front bangkok bank ask for a deposit account and they said you can have one if you take out heath insurance not shore how much about 1000buat(£25) did not care about the cost needed the account like you still have it now

You don't have a leg to stand on, you can not own land in Thailand, only,30 year rental of the land ,if at the end of it, what do you do ??,
