again, you’re also spreading false info. Last week a DTV holder arriving to CNX from KL was taken out of immigration line and queried about DTV stay. She had stayed months before flying out, and they asked if she did 90 day report. She had not, and they referred her to the airport immigration office where she had to pay the fine.

You people are speaking about things which you ASSUME based on your own experience, unaware of how much has shifted in recent months.

most provinces have implemented walk-thru/drive thru. But you wouldn’t know that because you claim that 90 day reports aren’t even required 😂

ah, so you try the old motte and Bailey defense, and edited your ridiculous remark?  no one ever said you get the fine when stamping in or out at passport control. The fine comes when immigration checks your previous stay.

And I have zero desire to go to the trouble of asking people for photos of their fine stamp just to prove something to a know nothing farang who likes to chime in with complete rubbish on social media just to argue.

you are 100 % incorrect. I personally know at least a half dozen in my own circle that have been fined. You’re basically saying that there’s no point in doing a 90 day report which is ridiculous advice …
