hello mate, I'm a UK citizen - I've just look up on EVisa and Visa on Arrival through Bahrain. EVisa takes working days, that's the super fast option / I'm far too late to apply. The Visa on Arrival states 6 Months on valid PP, Onward flight, Funds and accommodation. I'll be arriving at 8pm / flight leaves at 11pm - gives me 3 hrs, it'll be very tight. I don't have the accommodation though. Funds, will a bank statement be sufficient or CASH ? Don't know what to do, I'm feeling so anxious. Any advice? Thank you in advance 👍

Immigration gave me a form to take to Bangkok Bank and 500 bhat. All done in 5 minutes. No mention about a letter from the embassy.

many thanks mate for the offer, much appreciated. Forgot to update the post regarding the outcome. Went to Saraburi immigration office on the 27th with my wife explaining I was given the wrong info. That new rules came into effect on 26th not the 24th I was originally informed. I have got 10 days stamped in my passport and I have got to return for the remainder then. Good news. Got more time to spend with my step grandkids now. I have got 60 days but I have got to return to the 🇬🇧 Don't mind, it will give me a chance to get my head sorted, seeing my mates again. Think I have got a job in line too, fingers crossed 🤞.

Another option is to fly to Cambodia as mentioned previously, I prefer the UK 🇬🇧 now.

We must have crossed paths at Immigration before at Saraburi. Been going since 2016. Immigration has moved to Soa Hai now.
