The system is designed to make as much money as possible, either through 'oops sorry no refunds' or increasingly steering people towards agents who take a cut on the revenue stream. Take it or leave it, up to you ka.

Wrong, still unlimited if you pay 4000 baht per trip to a border run company. The only thing cracked down on is Cheap Charlies trying to do it themselves. Same for airport (fast track). Just business,
