Myanmar or Bali could be your options. What did they say in the Russian-speaking group? I haven't heard any rejection news from those 2 countries recently, as long as you provide all the required documents

@Benjamin *****
yes, I think the school are on top of these things but it's always good to be aware of it. Thank you

Thank you Benjamin. It's for a Non-B visa for now. The only other things I found out were that the queues are minimal (which I had hoped for) and the processing times are similar to other embassies (they have 2 business days written on their website so I wanted to check if it's 'the next day' pick up which others confirmed it was). I'll update the post once I find out more information.

Most of them have been answered already. Thank you. The only one left is about the evidence of educational qualifications. We've written to the embassies already but perhaps someone has the firsthand recent experience. Is it still the legalisation done on the territory of Thailand?

Benjamin Hays thank you for your opinion. They are very helpful indeed but the questions I need to ask are not so much related to them at this point.

They said that if we'd reported within a week, they would have been ok with that, but anything more than 7 days is not. Again, it might have been just that particular person we were lucky to talk to. You know how it works here 😉

Ok, I'll quote you next time I go to the immigration here :-)
