Went yesterday and they didn't accept soft power applications. Business ones seems very difficult. They give you an appointment 1 week later for additional documents... this can take a while or end in a rejection. Better to try somewhere else...Good luck all !
Update :soft power doesn't work in KL. They actually seem to have no clue about the DTV... and also ask for a local bank account for proof of π°. Also, they give you an appointment 1 week later for additional documents... so the processing time can be very long... better trying somewhere else π
I guess it is independant. We brought our 2 cats on a ED visa. All the best to you πΆ. Just contact Bangkok Airport for the documents they will need.
