TLDR : Answer Summary
Bringing a pet to Thailand while on a DTV visa is feasible and largely independent of the visa type. It is essential to gather the correct documentation from your airline and consult with the Thai customs or quarantine office for any specific requirements. Additionally, reaching out to resources like Settle in Abroad may provide helpful guidance during the relocation process.

For animals it doesn’t really matter what visa you have. Just gather the correct information from your airline and the Thai customs/quarantine office.

I guess it is independant. We brought our 2 cats on a ED visa. All the best to you 🐶. Just contact Bangkok Airport for the documents they will need.
